Thomas L. Toone has served as a court-appointed settlement judge, a private mediator, an arbitrator and special master in over 4100 cases during 35 years. He was certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death litigation for 20 years, has mediated and arbitrated civil cases of all categories throughout his career.
